Paragraph #1
One third of the nation’s population of young people is overweight. Some people attribute this statistic to the food given to children in schools while others believe it is the cause of what parents feed their child in the household. Sugar – Free School, points out that all junk food will be banned from schools across the country. This bill is not right because American children have a choice to eat, or not eat, junk food. Schools can also stress healthier choices in classrooms, and, without junk food, schools will lose the profit they make on food. The bill that bans junk food from schools needs to be nullified because it is an injustice to the schools and the students that attend schools.

Paragraph #2
Teenagers in America fall under one of two categories: bullies, or bullied. The issue of bullying is approach by two different opinions and causes arguments throughout the country. Are Bullies Criminals?, an informational article about the tragic story of a fifteen year old girl who took her own life due to bullying poses an interesting debate; Should the teens that fall under the “bullies” category be prosecuted criminally, or dealt with privately and home and school? Bullies should be prosecuted as criminals because bullying is harassment, which is against the law. Also, bullying leads to thousands of teenage suicides, as well as cause teenagers to do extreme things to themselves like drugs and slitting their wrist. Putting bullies in jail would keep victims safe from their harassment now, and discourage any bullying acts in the future.

Paragraph #3
Every child’s dream when growing up is to be an astronaut. These kids might finally have a chance to realize that dream. Your Next Vacation: Outer Space?, is an article that informs readers about the soon possibility of taking vacations in space. Citizens would now be able to fly a three hour trip into space. Offering space vacations is not only reckless, but a problem for organization such as NASA. Space flight is dangerous, in or out of the ship. The flights are also too short. Finally, the flights would be exclusive because it wouldn’t be healthy for anybody just to hop on a space ship and fly up, up, and away. Space vacations should be banned and the expeditions halted.
